HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
Complete Coffee has a HACCP system – set up and monitored by an independent HACCP Consultant. The system includes Recall Plans and full traceability in order to give clients complete confidence in our products.

Due diligence measures
Complete Coffee has installed robust, independent, measures to ensure that its products meet European Union OTA limits. Pre-shipment samples of soluble coffee are checked using TES-AC-332 UKAS tests, by UKAS 1079 approved laboratories.

In addition, we are working with our suppliers of green coffee in accordance with the “Quality Control System for Coffee with respect to occurrence of Ochratoxin A in the coffee chain” Document. Approved by the European Coffee Federation, this enables us to ensure that our roaster clients are able to meet their obligations under the EU legislation.
